01. Introductions

We complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PARQ) but this first meeting is more than just going through formalities. This is an opportunity to get to know each other, what you are capable of now and for us to decide on what you want to achieve in the future.

02. Nutritional guidance

Working hard and good exercise is just one part of making you happen. How you choose to fuel your body is the most important element that is often neglected. You will have the option to complete a food diary. Many find this useful to ensure they maintain a balanced and healthy relationship with their food (and guess what, with me no food is out of bounds).

03. Fundamentals

By going over the fundamentals we ensure that your form is on point and can evaluate how we can develop your programme as you progress.

04. Tailored around you

As you progress, your programme will evolve around you and your development. You will be well on your way by this stage to making you happen! You should be feeling a greater sense of empowerment, strength and fulfilment.
