Steph not only showed me and motivated me to work out, she changed my view of myself and my mental mindset on how I viewed my body.
Using a target outfit to feel great in, instead of counting weight or calories, Steph led me through a 6 week, 12 session program which incorporates a variety of work outs and balanced eating advice to hit my goals.
The workouts are different every week which I loved as it meant I didn’t get bored. There was a mixture of exercises tackling all parts of my body and Steph really drives me to make the most of these sessions. Steph is also very open to talk, listen and advise and I found not only the physical benefit but the mental benefit of having someone to talk to and vent is great.
I always leave Steph’s gym smiling and proud of myself and looking forward to my next session. Steph is very knowledgable and ensured I was doing the correct things for my body and my ability so I didn’t overdue it or hurt myself, but Steph would not let me slack or hide behind excuses. Thanks Steph.

To sum up, my wellness journey with Stephy’s support has been lengthy, progressive & extremely rewarding. It has been a challenge at times as the connection between mental health & physical health are so embedded within one another & I only realised this with her guidance.
Stephy has invested time, effort & energy into teaching me how fitness isn’t about looking a certain way or weighing a certain amount. She has educated & encouraged me to make better choices in life, not just related to exercise & nutrition but how to incorporate self-care into my whole routine be that with work, relationships, socialising, hormones, the list is endless!
Stephy has helped me identify the right balance that suits my lifestyle; alongside the training where my body is encouraged to be tested to its limits & the great tips around how to maximise results with the appropriate diet, she really listens to & adapts how all the other factors in my life are affecting me & my motivation.
When I first came to her, I was feeling very stressed in my job & unfortunately relied on bad habits as a coping mechanism. Together, we also unveiled an unhealthy perception I had around people pleasing & how this also contributed to making unhealthy decisions.
Her understanding & patience have been instrumental in my development as I’ve never felt judged even during low times where I’ve diverted from goals, she simply gives me friendly reassurance that I am strong & capable of anything I want to achieve & can get right back on track. At one point in my life I didn’t think it would be possible but I am so glad to say I am managing a better balance of all aspects of my life; I no longer kill myself for work or self-sabotage at the expense of making others happy. I am focused on my body & my inner health as I now know I can only expend goodness if I am investing quality into myself. Thank you for teaching me how to listen to my body & thank you for helping make me happen. You’re not just a fabulous teacher & trainer but have become a valuable friend.

Stephy is more than a PT. She is a listener, she is a cheerleader, she is a sister, and she is a friend. I first started seeing Stephy for PT when I wanted to feel better about my body, to improve the relationship I have with the way I see myself, and boy has she helped. Over the last 6 months my physical strength has increased, my energy levels have increased and my mental strength has increased too. I love attending Stephy's Boxing and Bootcamp classes. They are safe spaces where you get work out without feeling self conscious and you can really enjoy yourself. Stephy is just amazing, she is professional, warming and the classes are such a great laugh!

I have never done classes or fitness in general before. STEPHYM has really helped build my confidence. I love having an hour away from my little ones and going to my boxing class. It has a light hearted atmosphere whilst also driving each other to do our best working up the best sweat and walking away feeling ive accomplished a great start to the week.
I was so cautious of what to expect but this has been such a great stepping stone for me amd my future fitness.
